Your Jeff Agrarian has just discovered an excellent blog for Found Cameras and Orphan Pictures.

Years back, Jeff had a camera taken from his tent in Portugal – it’s been more than enough time to get over the loss of replaceable equipment. But he’s always wondered about the pictures on the roll of film that was in that lost camera.

Jeff still maintains that his prize winning Pulitzer was in that Rolleiflex.

all sorts of cameras are lost at burning man. i recall many instances of people finding cameras, and publishing the pics on the web for the owner to enjoy and/or claim the camera

i never lost a camera. cannot afford to.

I’m not sure economics has anything to do with lost cameras, LarZ.
Still, the *fugitive* images from orphaned cameras idea is pretty fascinating. It would make a great exhibit.

    yes, it would be.

but as far as the economics are concerned, well . . . that’s just your opinion, man.
